About
Hi, I’m Hayley. I help people navigate the messy middle of career and parenthood—the big life changes that don’t come with a handbook.
I know how overwhelming transitions can be—because I’ve lived them. My career in recruitment, resource management, and coaching took me from global finance and the Big Four in London to the gaming industry in Sussex. I’ve adapted to new industries, company cultures, and expectations. And then came the biggest shift of all: motherhood.
Becoming a parent during the pandemic was a shock. I juggled career ambitions with a new identity, navigated parental leave, pushed for flexibility, and dealt with workplace challenges. My journey to growing a family hasn’t been straightforward either—I’ve experienced secondary infertility, fertility treatments, and pregnancy loss, which deepened my understanding of the emotional and unpredictable nature of these transitions.
But understanding alone isn’t enough. That’s why I combine my lived experience with professional coaching expertise, offering both empathy and practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
How Can I help?
With 17 years of experience, I support:
Individuals navigating parental leave, career changes, and returning to work
Those managing the emotional and logistical challenges of fertility, pregnancy, and loss
Companies looking to create real, meaningful support for working parents
Leaders & teams who want to manage change effectively
Employees facing redundancy and career shifts—because I’ve been through that too
I’ve seen career and parenthood from all angles—as an employee, leader, coach, and working parent. If there’s one thing I know, it’s that change doesn’t have to be lonely or chaotic—you just need the right support.
Beyond coaching, I’m an artist, fitness enthusiast, swimmer, yogi, foodie, and coffee addict. Balance is a work in progress, but I help my clients build it—one intentional step at a time.
Let’s figure it out together.
